Between £30,000 and £35,000 per year Office-based (Hemel Hempstead)** **What are we on the hunt for?** We are looking for an exceptional & incomparable individual to join the growing team here at Isotope as we continue to provide the support & assistance our recruitment business owners require as they run their own recruitment agencies. Your role is very clear; with empathy, compassion & proactiveness at its core, you will take personal responsibility for the on-boarding & on-going support required to help & assist our recruitment business owners. & while you would be following a process,being diligent with your time management & being in constant communication with your client base - it’s a role (& a business) that is fixated on ensuring we are continually providing our clients with the operational & holistic support they desire & deserve. After all, Isotope are a friendly, humble & experienced team who identify motivated & enthusiastic recruiters who are looking to run their own recruitment agencies & offer a free launch platform followed by exceptional on-going support & backing in exchangefor an annually descending percentage of that new companies billings; so it makes sense that, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a conscientious individual who would love to be part of our continued journey. **What is your opportunity?...** Blimey, where to start. This is something completely different. Completely unique & completely, well, unusual Simply put, your responsibilities will be two-fold; (1) To successfully on-board every new recruiter & their embryonic recruitment business into the Isotope network. Following processes, managing deadlines & working with the rest of the Isotope team to successful launch our new recruiters recruitment businesses. (2) To successfully provide on-going support & provisions to that recruiter & their growing business during their relationship with Isotope. In some ways, it’s an immensely process driven role. & in other ways, it’s a role that requires empathy, compassion & an awareness that we are helping budding recruiters start their own businesses. All while working in line with our "develop & delivery"criteria - ensuring quality & sustainability for our clients. You have to be laser focussed - committed to the process, working against tight deadlines & ensuring delivery is both on time & perfectly presented to our clients. While at the same time, appreciating that challenges always arise & therefore being able toadapt, adjust & "spin those plates" all while presenting a calm & diligent persona to our fantastic clients, is just "what you do". You will also be an integral part of developing & supporting the vision of Isotope, constantly asking the question - "what more can we do for our clients?". You would take responsibility for managing, what we call, "Stage One" of the Isotope offering - The Launch Stage. You would be involved in everything that goes with the successful launch of a recruitment business with Isotope - from working within the legalparameters when it comes to successfully launching a recruitment company to liaising with the fantastic team here at Isotope to ensure everything is delivered to the client both on time & perfectly. You would then work with your own portfolio of clients within Isotope; providing them with the business, operational & holistic supported required to help them thrive during their relationship with Isotope (known as - "Stage Two"). You will gain genuinesatisfaction & happiness knowing that you were (& will continue to be) a major influence on the launch of their business & in helping them throughout their entrepreneurial journey. Yes there will be challenges - that’s part of the role. But, you will be supported by a great team that are both professionally & personally equipped to help you learn, develop & grow with the role. **Who are you?...** Honestly? However odd it may sound, we don’t have a specific requirement when it comes to the background of our newest team member. & that’s because we know, this role is all about the person within it, as opposed to any pre-requisite experience. & look, while you might have assisted in the launching & supporting of recruitment businesses before & while you might have previous experience in managing processes & an appreciation for what it means to manage these effectively - if you don’t, don’t worry. & look, while you might have experience of the recruitment world, whether that be as a 360 or internal consultant, or perhaps you worked as part of the payroll team or the HR function - if you haven’t, don’t worry. Whatever your background, we know that the right individual for Isotope (& for our client base) is someone who is overwhelmingly focussed on being both process-driven & personality-centric in their approach. You will be in charge of your own "client base"but you & I both know these are not just "clients" - these are real people, in real careers, in real businesses & therefore you will appreciate that while it’s important to follow a process, to on-board a client correctly & to provide them with the supportthey need - the best way to effectively manage the recruitment start-up businesses Isotope support is through bringing that human element to the process. One day you might be a shoulder for them to cry on, the other the person they come to for some legal orbusiness advice & the other you might be the person they can call just to celebrate with.
