Robertson Bell are pleased to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking property developer whilst they recruit a new and permanent Corporate Finance Manager. This newly created role will cover a variety of Corporate Finance areas, predominately theCapital Accounting, Treasury and Long Term Financial Planning processes.

**The main responsibilities of the Corporate Finance Manager include**:

- Managing the organisations treasury function which will include oversight of the yearly treasury strategy, compliance monitoring, cashflows and the overall treasury policy.
- Play a crucial role in the organisations long-term business plan which will include stress testing and scenario planning.
- Work closely with the Finance Director to create new loan compliance and new funding.
- Lead on the review of any development plan appraisals always ensuring alignment with the organisation's compliance and overall business plan.
- Line management of three members of staff, providing training and development where needed to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Lead on the monitoring of cashflow monitoring and all related reporting.

Be at least part qualified in a CCAB qualification or equivalent.

Have demonstrated some exposure to capital accounting and/or treasury reporting.
