Lettings Valuer

We have ambitious plans to continue this growth rate with a strategy based on becoming the number one agency for knowledge and education, supported by our first-class Lettings and Property Management team. With this in mind, we are looking for a charismatic, driven and customer focused individual to join our team as a Lettings Valuer.

**Specifically, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing fair and accurate rental valuations
- Building a rapport with your clients; fully understanding their needs to ensure the service offered is tailored to their requirements
- Providing expert advice; advising clients accordingly to best suit their interests
- Agreeing fees and service levels
- Listing properties quickly and efficiently in order to minimise void periods
- Promoting the business by always displaying a positive and professional image

The role will be based from our Stockport head office but will require travel across our core areas, therefore a driving license and your own vehicle is essential.
