**JOB TITLE**: Utilities Executive

**LOCATION**: Malmesbury, Wiltshire

**PACKAGE**: up to £27,000

**WAY OF WORKING**: 37.5 hour per week, Monday - Friday, office-based.

**THE BUSINESS**:
With over 45 years’ experience in utilities, this rapidly growing energy consultancy supports businesses across the UK & Ireland with the purchasing and management of their energy and water contracts.

With ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years, the business currently boasts a small, friendly, and energetic team with a wealth of knowledge that they want to impart into the industry and new team members. As part of a small but growing team, the Tender& Pricing Lead will be an integral part of the daily operations of the business and support the team by effectively managing supplier and client relationships as it scales.

**THE TENDER & PRICING LEAD OPPORTUNITY**:

- Key account management responsibility
- Ownership of core processes which are critical to our monthly operational activity
- Develop & maintain excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Support our client’s data reporting requirements
- Overall responsibility for resolving client issues with suppliers and third parties
- Attend client review meetings as required
- Inputting and updating data into our systems with accuracy and integrity
- Requesting information from suppliers, clients and third parties
- Assisting with bill validation and queries arising from validation
- Action and manage change requests on behalf of clients
- Help to improve our information systems and processes, ensuring that everything works as it should and as efficiently as it can for the team and our clients
- Ensure performance metrics are met

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**:

- Utilities experience with a solid understanding of the operational aspects of the industry
- Account management / customer relationship experience
- A passion for client experience and getting the right outcomes in the best way
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in data input and analysis
- Tenacity and enjoy problem solving
- A sense of humour and a positive, fun attitude to work
