Invoice Processor

The Company:
Eurotank Service Group Ltd (“ESG”) are one of the UK’s leading providers of a full range of services to the retail fuel industry. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an invoice Processor to join our friendly and experienced finance team, within the fast-paced and growing group.

The Role:
Based in our Sowerby Bridge office and reporting to the Financial Controller, this Full time, Perm role’s duties will include:

- Processing a high volume of invoices using automated invoice recognition software in a timely manner and ensuring daily targets for number of invoices processed are being met.
- Working closely with the Operations Coordinators to ensure Purchase Orders are being raised correctly and amended if applicable.
- Assisting the Finance Team Leader with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Skills Sought:

- Prior Accounts Payable experience
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Attention to detail is a must
