**Position: Admin Assistant - Property Management**

**Responsibilities**: As an Admin Assistant, your organisational skills will be crucial in supporting our property management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Document Management**: Efficiently manage and organize property documents, contracts, leases, and other paperwork, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

**Tenant Communication**: Point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and meetings with prospective and current tenants, maintenance personnel, and property owners.

**Data Entry and Reporting**: Accurately input data into our property management software, maintaining up-to-date records, and generating regular reports as required.

**Rent Collection Support**: Assist in rent collection efforts, tracking payments, and liaising with tenants to ensure prompt and accurate remittances.

**Property Maintenance Coordination**: Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs, follow up on work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Vendor Liaison**: Communicate with contractors and service providers, obtaining quotes, and ensuring compliance with our company's standards.

**Financial Assistance**: Support the accounting department by processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Prior experience in the property management industry is a plus.
