**Sales Development Representative | £20k-25k base | £40k OTE**

Evalian is a business specialising in Penetration Testing, Cyber Security, Data Protection, and ISO Consultancy. In the past 12 months we have more than tripled in size and as such we will opening a brand-new office in Worcester. This office will be keyto long term growth of the company as it is where our exciting Sales Team will be based.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our business as one of our first outbound sales team, to earn well and grow your role and package in line with our growth and your contribution.

**The Role**

You will be focused on the business development of new customers. You will be offering security services including:

- Penetration Testing & Security Assessments
- Cyber Essentials Consultancy & Certification
- ISO 27001, 22301 & 9001 Consultancy
- Cyber Security Strategy, Leadership & Improvement Consultancy
- Incident Response Planning Consultancy & Exercises
- Governance, Risk & Compliance Consultancy

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Identifying target clients for our security services
- Developing sales opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Scoping new client requirements and preparing sales proposals
- Winning new client business and managing the client account going forward
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities from new customers and accounts you have won
- Utilising social media platforms to connect and secure further leads

**The Package**

Your starting salary will be **£20k-£25k** dependent of sales experience, and you’ll earn up to **£40,000** including commission, if you hit your sales target for the year (and more if you exceed target).

We’ll provide you with 30 days of annual leave per year, including bank holidays, and you'll benefit from our pension scheme.

Upon completing probation you’ll qualify for benefits including private healthcare, optical cashback, dental cashback and life insurance.

**About You**

You’ll be an ambitious, hardworking and driven individual, not necessarily working in sales currently. No experience in a similar role is required for this job, although it would be advantageous. Being a team player is absolutely key.

Our sales focus to date has been on inbound enquiries, so these roles will be our first outbound sales roles. As such, you won’t be struggling for target customers, and you’ll keep the clients you win to manage and grow over time.
