**Location**: Outskirts of Sutton Coldfield

Are you passionate about great food and eager to learn the art of butchery? Join our independent, family-run Food Hall on its newly developed site, which features a state-of-the-art Butchery, Bakery, and Deli.

**About the Role**
As an Apprentice Butcher, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

- Preparing a variety of meat cuts and crafting sausages, burgers, and other value-added products.
- Operating tills and the butchery counter with confidence and accuracy.
- Learning the principles of stock control to help minimise loss.
- Staying informed about store promotions, offers, and competitions.

You’ll also have the opportunity to enrol in a recognised NVQ qualification, setting the foundation for an exciting career in butchery.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
