**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking operative to join our small team. In this role, you will be responsible for various duties related to the efficient operation of the business. This is an active role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an E-commerce operative, you will be responsible for optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and movement/organisation of inventory to maximize space utilization.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Conduct materials handling tasks such as sorting, labelling, and repackaging.
- Stock taking.
- Responsible for handling and ensuring customer returns are processed accordingly.
- All stockroom duties.

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions and deal with customer enquires.
- Basic Microsoft knowledge.
- Ability to work using own initiative.

Warehouse or retail experience desired but not required. Training provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Job Hours**: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays in rota (half day), Flexible working option discussed at interview.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
