**Labourer - Kitchens and Bathrooms**
**Salary: c. £20,000 to £22,000 plus up to £1,000 VRA**

We are looking for a Labourer to join the Kitchen and Bathroom team refurbishing Kitchens and Bathrooms in tenanted properties. You will be responsible for carrying out general labouring tasks to assist the Kitchen and Bathroom fitters, helping to meet the works deadline. Your work will include the removal of kitchen and bathrooms, helping to take deliveries and basic parts of install. With a focus on decorating, along with collecting and delivering materials and some waste to our tip.

We are looking for a Labourer to be responsible for ensuring a clean and tidy site and meeting Health and Safety requirements. You will be able to liaise with customers, be able to work alone and as part of a team. In line with the one team approach, there may be times when you are asked to work across our responsive repairs team to support the needs to the business. You will want to learn skills such as basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling and decorating with a view to flooring prep.

- Have good customer service skills
- Be competent in using IT equipment such as a tablet
- Be able to follow department processes
- No travel costs - you’ll get a company van and fuel card
- Up to £1000 Vehicle Responsibility Allowance allowance per annum
- 27 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
- Fixed hours - Monday to Friday
