An exciting role has become available for an **Event Day Operations & IT Administrator **in our Bristol based team. This is an essential role where you will work closely with our Client Services team to deliver exceptional client services on event days at our client sites.
As our Event Day Operations & IT Administrator, you will:
- Oversee the box office and event day management
- Communicate event day briefs and debriefs
- Set up and test access control and POS on event days
- Arrange and train staff on Aspect
- Reconcile event day sales and cash handling
- Manage travel arrangements
- Liaise with venues for box office set up and operational requirements
We are looking for someone who has these skills and experience:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Have an understanding of ticketing systems and event operations
- Has basic build knowledge and Fastcheck set up and monitoring
- Ideally you will also have experience of or an interest in being trained up in aspects of IT
