**Graduate Flood Risk Consultant**

**The Role**

This will involve developing skills and experience in flood risk assessment, surface water design, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), flood risk management and flood investigation among others. You will work to support the delivery of flood risk projects by working closely with, and under the supervision of, a team of specialists to prepare technical assessments, designs and reports covering all project phases from pre-planning/feasibility stage through to detailed design and construction.

**Essential Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geography (with a Physical base) or related discipline.
- High standard of written English and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word.
- Experience of working within a team, able to demonstrate good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work independently.
- Full UK Driving License.
