Here at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation trust, we are recruiting 1 Band 5 Data Quality Facilitator to join our friendly team.

You will assist with the training and education of RTT pathways across the organisation as well as supporting the RTT Training and Data Quality Manager with specific project work.

If successful you will support the implementation of the 18 week target across the Trust and ensure that the quality of data recorded by clinicians and administrative staff adheres to policy and procedure. You will use the appropriate systems in place to capture, record and report accurate Referral to Treatment (RTT) waiting times and to audit and monitor the quality of data recorded onto EPR.

You will be responsible for supporting the RTT Training and Data Quality Manager in providing training for staff on the 18 week target and the recording of 18 Week treatment statuses, and will be able to communicate, influence and train staff up to consultant / general manager level.
