High Brake House is a Residential care home based in the historic town of Clitheroe. We provide a range of care and support for our residents, some of whom have dementia. Our priority for this job role is based on values, behaviours and attitudes that match ours.

As a Care Team Leader you will oversee the building and implementation of care plans that provide support and choice for those in need of care and support, this helps our residents lead the life they want. We are looking for people who will instill a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be able to show experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication. Ability to deal with all aspects of medication, auditing requesting and ordering of medication. Showing prospective clients around our home and welcoming new clients. You should have a minimum of 2/3 years Senior Carer experience and hold a minimum level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care. You will be supported by a programme of continuous training and development to help you reach your goals.

**Requirements -**

Enhanced DBS check

36 hours per week, every alternate weekend. A mixture of day and evening shifts.
