Training Consultant (12m FTC) job working on a hybrid basis between home and our Leeds office. You will form part of the Online Learning and Training services team that consists of 12 members, all collaborating on multiple projects.

As a Training Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our customers by developing training packages that ensure our customers get the best experience of using our products.

This is an exciting role as it will also involve shaping the eLearning content roadmap for our Learning Management System (LMS), EMIS Academy. EMIS Academy empowers our users to get the most out of our products through interactive eLearning courses and you will be empowered to shape the future success of the platform.

**What you’ll do**

As a Training Consultant, your key duties will include:

- Collaborating with other departments during all stages in the development of products and services to ensure a training package and its supporting content ensures the best possible customer experience
- Updating and training internal teams about updates to products and services and any supporting training packages so that relevant departments have the knowledge to support customers
- Creating eLearning storyboards for our team of Content Authors who will turn these into interactive eLearning courses
- Ensuring both training packages/digital content are effective in terms of influencing and sometimes changing the learners’ behaviour
- Performing data analysis to ensure our eLearning content roadmap meets the current needs of our users
- Thinking innovatively about new and different ways of communicating with customers to maximise their learning using the channels available to EMIS
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback to improve our digital learning content
- Ensuring training standards and outputs are in line with relevant quality standards
- Researching different methods of learning to help the customer quickly and easily understand our products and services

**Who you’ll be**
- A genuine passion for excellent customer experience
- Experience of creating and managing training programmes and projects
- Examples of training programmes you have worked on that have successfully helped an audience understand complex issues
- An understanding of the training lifecycle and best practice learning methodologies
- Transformative attitude and examples of where you have identified and implemented opportunities to improve ways of working
- An understanding or interest in learning about software in the healthcare sector and the NHS
