You will always portray upbeat, positive attitudes. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure every guest interaction is ultra-positive, professional and with the intention of getting them to have a return visit. - Have fun, after all, that's why we do this job. - Undertake all job role responsibilities where relevant/needed. - Always follow due diligence guidelines on time, and follow set up, change over & breakdown guidelines. - Keep the bar areas clean & tidy at all times, this includes all bar tables and outdoor seating areas. - Be guest-facing and customer-focused at all times providing excellent service in line with our service criteria. - Ensure all specs are followed at all times. - Commit to maintaining an excellent standard of knowledge expected to perform your role. This includes core manual, drinks specs. - Proactively engage with company incentives. - Maximise sales using up-selling techniques. - Being H+S compliant at all times including licensing obligations (Pour tests, Age verification etc.) - Undertaking any reasonable management requests At Night Tales, with global street food, frozen cocktails, a large outdoor area & DJs., we aim to break the mould of the modern Live Music Venue.
