**Job Description - Capsule Filling Machine Operator**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our production team as a **Capsule Filling Machine Operator**. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining capsule filling machinery to ensure consistent product quality and optimal performance throughout production runs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and oversee capsule filling machines during daily production, ensuring efficiency and mínimal downtime
- Assemble machine components and calibrate settings according to production specifications
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to keep equipment in top condition
- Use hand tools for assembly, adjustments, and routine repairs
- Handle raw materials and finished products with care, ensuring accuracy and hygiene
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify wear, malfunctions, or maintenance needs
- Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene standards within the manufacturing environment
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and continuously improve operations
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or supplement production environment (preferred but not essential)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality control
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
