**About the Role**:
**As our Sales and Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to build partnerships, promote our brand, and engage with charities and vendors. Whether you’re managing social media posts, reaching out to potential partners, or brainstorming creative marketing ideas, no two days will be the same.**

**This role offers flexibility to work from home, with the expectation of attending regular local meetings in Stoke-on-Trent to collaborate with the team and connect with partners.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
**Reach out to charities, vendors, and partners to explain how BuytoGive can benefit them.**

**Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining relationships.**

**Collaborate on sales strategies to attract and retain partners.**

**Marketing Activities**:
**Manage our social media accounts by helping to create and schedule engaging posts.**

**Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and content.**

**Analyse market trends and feedback to refine our approach.**

**General Coordination**:
**Assist in day-to-day team operations, including PR campaigns and event planning.**

**Jump into any area that needs support, from admin tasks to brainstorming sessions.**

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**You’re enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive.**

**You enjoy working in a team and bringing your ideas to the table.**

**You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**

**You’re comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.**

**Previous experience in sales, marketing, social media, or customer engagement is a plus.**
