Hotel Receptionist

To assist with our growth we are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to ensure that guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality from the second they walk through the door until the second they leave. This will include operating the hotel reception to the agreed hotel standards, taking hotel and restaurant reservations, checking guests in and out and supporting other departments within the hotel to ensure high levels of service are maintained.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous front of house experience and a passion for excellent customer service, although full training on site will be given.
