**Overview**
A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this position as we are looking for someone long term to train and evolve into a skilled landscape operative
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the construction of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as required.
- Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering techniques are applied.
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing basic mechanical checks.
- Collaborate with team leader to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Follow health and safety regulations while working on-site.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is beneficial.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to gardening techniques and landscape management is important.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: £24,420.00-£31,000.00 per year
