Aftersales Administrator Apprentice

As a Business Admin you will be responsible for many duties such as using Microsoft Packages, using their Renault Trucks supplied system to ensure that all warranty claims are processed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with our customers to obtain order numbers for the work that has been completed on their vehicles
- Keep an up to date record of all customer details
- Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and customers
- Work within deadlines to ensure objectives/targets are achieved
- Use our Renault Trucks supplied system to ensure all Warranty claims are processed
- Using Microsoft excel, reports must be sent to your line manager to show the progress that has been made
- Investigate customer queries and ensure they are processed within the deadline set
- Work alongside our claim handlers to provide assistance with updating payments we receive on our Warranty claims
**What we're looking for**:
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Has a basic understanding of Microsoft Packages such as Word and Excel
- Has a good telephone manner
- Works well in a team
- Can operate on their own effectively
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: From £4.81 per hour
