**Job Title**: Graduate Air Information Management and Technology

**Location**:Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

**Salary**: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Monitor IMT performance metrics and liaise with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached without the stakeholders being given the opportunity of planning for a deterioration in service.
- Problem solves and assists with the resolution of technical queries by interrogating data and documentation to identify process issues and where possible, provides solutions in support of continuous improvement.
- Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution using standard procedures and tools to carry our system backups and data restoration.
- Interacts effectively and confidently with the Customers, Managers and Suppliers as required.
