**Job Overview**
Applications are invited for the position of QA Batch Release Officer reporting to the QA Batch Release

either as a team or individually.

**Main Activities/Tasks **

Organise, plan and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.

Work as part of a team and on your own initiative in a fast paced Quality Assurance
department.

Control and issuance of Working Copies of PCRs & SPRS

Filing batch documents

Prepare batch documentation for QP review inclusive of all analytical results

Prepare and review of Certificates of Analysis for QP review and certification

Perform batch release on prism AS400 and communicate to all relevant teams

Scan on QP signed CoA onto library.

Prepare completed documentation for archiving.

Monitor Suite Right First Time Key Process Indicators

Ensure that documentation i.e PCR & SPRS for any batch placed / removed from
quarantine is appropriately status labelled and controlled.

Assist in maintaining full listing of all documentation located in QA office.

Liaise with all relevant departments to ensure all supporting documentation is
received in a timely manner to support batch release and meet customer promise
dates.

Maintaining the batch documentation database and batch traveller to ensure accurate
location of all records

Assist in the preparation of customer & regulatory audits.

Ensure that traceability of all documentation received into the QA office is maintained

Prepare and review SOPs relating to documentations as and when required.

Conduct all tasks in accordance with the company values

**Essential Criteria: **

English and Maths or equivalent.

Minimum 6 months administration experience including the compilation of detailed workload
reports.

**Desirable Criteria: **

Experience in review of batch records and deviations

Experience in the use of Batch Traveller

OCR/RSA/EDCL or equivalent qualification

**Duration**:Full time permanent***
