**Marketing Assistant**

**Location**: office-based (Bedford)

**Salary**: £25,400 - £28,000 per annum, DOE
**Contract**: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced **Marketing Assistant** looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? **Building Transformation** is expanding its **Marketing team** and we’re looking for an analytical and creative individual with strong problem-solving abilities.

**Your Role at a Glance**:

- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to attract quality leads and help grow the sales pipeline.
- Design compelling campaign assets such as social media imagery, videos and landing page banners.
- Support with internal communication, including a monthly newsletter to all employees.
- Assist in ensuring website content is kept up to date, and making edits to content and imagery when needed.
- Stay current on marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A degree in a marketing-related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of managing social media platforms for B2B
- A very good knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS
- Proficiency in Adobe CC or similar, as well as with Microsoft Office
- Experience of using Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Proven experience of working in an office environment
- Some experience of design and branding
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- A team player who can get on with everyone, from site operatives to senior managers
