**Fulbridge Social Care** are recruiting for Trainee Care Assistants in **Sleaford **to join our team.

Care Assistants can be placed in various settings from residential care homes to assisted living complexes.

You will provide care to service users aged 18 and over (sometimes younger) who have mental health and complex needs. You will endeavour to help them develop the life skills that they require for everyday living by assisting them in household tasks but to always promote independence. In some services, this will include providing personal, domestic, and emotional care.

**Personal Specification**:

- Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated.
- Ability to be a good role model.
- Attend work reliably and punctually.
- Strong character.
- Practical support skills.
- Able and willing to assist with personal care.
- Have a caring nature.
- Be able to commit to the 8am-11pm shift pattern.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Clean DBS.

Casual working can be utilised as an additional income, weekend job, to compliment your studies or for many of our team, can be used to obtain full-time position.
