Looking for an exciting first step into the world of multinational insurance? This entry-level role is your chance to launch a career that spans borders. As a Service Handler (Multinational), you’ll join a dynamic, supportive team that works with brokers and clients across the globe.

Your New Role

You’ll play a key part in coordinating complex multinational insurance programmes from start to finish - think policy administration, claims, risk engineering, and cashflow management. Every day brings something new, and you’ll collaborate with colleagues across underwriting, compliance, credit control, and our global network.

What you’ll be doing:

- Support the implementation and servicing of multinational programmes throughout their lifecycle.
- Work closely with underwriters and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare and manage documentation for new and renewal cases, plus mid-term changes.
- Communicate with local offices, brokers, and clients to keep everything on track.
- Monitor payments and collections to maintain a healthy cash position.
- Use tools to calculate and allocate taxes across premium distributions.
- Keep data accurate and compliant while spotting opportunities for process improvements.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is organised, detail-focused, and loves solving problems.
- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Thrives in a team environment and enjoys building relationships.
- Has strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Is comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of credit control function and an insurance background are preferred
