My Client is currently looking for an Architectural Technician to join their design team, working with a 5* House builder based in Nottingham.

**Client Details**

My Client is one of the biggest residential property developers across England. They are now looking to expand their design team and so are looking for an Architectural Technician to join them in their office in Nottingham.

**Description**
- Preparation of construction packages, details, and specifications.
- Working alongside external consultants and suppliers to complete a full tender package for the commercial, construction, sales, and marketing team to work with
- Liaise with the NHBC Building Control department.
- Support the upkeep of the standard house type range, specifications and details as well as suggesting improvements for future packages and providing technical assistance to the team as required.
- Attend site-based meetings as and when required.
- Keep up to date with CDM and CPD responsibilities specific to the role.
- Maintain up to date with legislation and regulations as well as understanding future regulations that are coming into effect within the industry.
- Assist the development and training of other more junior members of the Architectural side of the technical department.

**Profile**
- As an Architectural Technician it is vital that you have Technical knowledge, high-quality presentation, and communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate experience
- Degree in Architecture (BSc, BA, MSc, MA)
- Be comfortable with Working drawing packages produced in REVIT
- Proficiency in the use of REVIT/AutoCAD and Adobe Suit.
- Must be able to commute to Nottingham
