We are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our client on site in Billingham. You will be experienced in managing a team of cleaners and have a strong level of cleaning experience and pro-active attitude to improving and developing the service.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week involving some travel to local satellite sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and completing cleaning in all common site areas (offices, laboratories and washrooms)
- Liaising with the client to develop relationships and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Supervising sub-contractors
- Maintaining and updating computer records
- Reporting to the Site Services Manager
**Requirements**:

- Supervisory, team management and cleaning experience
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Full UK driving licence
- Enthusiastic approach to engaging with client to provide continuing improvement to services
