Bartender

We are looking an exceptional Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for an aspiring and ambitious Bartender, with minimum of 1 year experience, a passion for the hospitality industry and extensive drive to make a real difference.

Someone who can consistently deliver the highest standard and quality of customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience in the Bar Areas.

**Key responsibilities**

Warmly welcome guests to the Bar and Grill and event rooms, to efficiently take their orders and answer any questions they may have.

Take bar orders and make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the customer’s requirements and in a timely fashion.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of drinks that may be requested and to ensure that they are made in a timely and correct manner.

Ensure that standards of service are being followed (correct glasses for drinks, measures, use of the till system, use of trays, napkins).

Ask for identification to verify age where appropriate.

Contribute to increased F&B revenues by upselling from the beverage menus.

Proactively walk the floor, ensuring guests have drinks/food and taking further orders.

Ensure that all stocks for the bar service are kept replenished and are placed on all tables before service.

Check all guest account signatures and ensure all bills are settled.
Notify the F&B Supervisors of any wastage / transfers of stock.
