**The Opportunity**

Whilst working as the Business Administration Apprentice you will be required to undergo training through our dedicated provider Together Training. This will involve 1-1 coaching sessions and completing online modules over 18 months. Once completed you willbe awarded the Level 3 Business Administration diploma.

**Your main duties will involve**:

- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, manage and help provide a full comprehensive administrative and office support service to the business
- Organise couriers and keep reception, meeting rooms and shared areas tidy
- Administration and collecting required documentation/information for record keeping
- Monitor and order stationery
- Good telephone manner
- Help provide meetings support to the Board and other committee meetings, which may include some evening work on occasion. This will include liaising with meeting bookers, planning, set up, servicing on the day, clear up, IT set up, etc.....
- Escalating queries/concerns when necessary and able to maintain confidentiality
- Reporting to and supporting the Executive PA, you will assist in developing key activities and updates for regular Executive Management Team (EMT) communications
- Supporting other team members with administrative tasks, as required
- Ensure you remain compliant with the Health & Safety Policy and Procedures

**Requirements**:

- Handling highly confidential material in a professional and discreet manner.
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to problem solve or suggest ideas for improvements.
- A team player with organisational skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a professional and efficient working environment.
- Flexibility, reliability and a strong work ethic
- GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C to include Maths & English.
