We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service and exceptional organisational skills to join our newly formed Client Relationship Division.
We've made huge waves in the Pharmacy and Healthcare industry and we're a team of highly innovative individuals working all over the world to help improve access to healthcare through pharmacies. Who would have guessed pharmacy could be so cool, right?
For this role, you will need to have impeccable organisational skills, work well under pressure and within a team, and have a flair for impressing and pleasing clients. You'll be working with our five delivery divisions closely to ensure nothing but 1st class customer service.
Responsible to our Head of Client Relations, you will:
- **Client Relationships**:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide the highest standard of support, analysis and insights to ensure account and campaign success to increase revenue opportunities
- Create Client Content Calendars
- Ensure smooth onboarding (from Sales to Delivery)
- Help clients see the bigger picture; actively reach out and recommend additional treatments and services
- Manage Client Expectations
- Work cross-functionally with the delivery teams to ensure your accounts are performing to the client’s expectations
- Store Client photos and data correctly
- **Administration**:
- Coordinate the live chat on our Pharmacy Mentor Website; escalating new leads to sales and supporting current clients
- Coordinate incoming calls via the Client Care Phone Number
- Coordinate incoming WhatsApp messages
- Update Client Relationship Division's KPI Dashboard
- Monitor and communicate with existing clients during team absence.
This will be a very rewarding role but can also be demanding at times where there is pressure from our clients. It's all part of the game of Growth
