**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Head of Global Mobility, with a strong, hands-on operational expatriate tax and international HR background. Working as part of our Global HR Team and reporting directly to the Director of Global HR & L&D, this is a hybrid working role and can be based in either our London or Leeds office locations.
- Ability to develop and manage a global mobility programme
- Working understanding of the relationship between tax, finance, legal and reward to ensure compliance and governance across all cross-border movements
- Full understanding of expatriate tax implications of global mobility
- Global mobility experience from both a consulting and in-house perspective showing the ability to align policies with business needs
- Strong stakeholder management skills in order to manage requirements and expectations from a globally diverse group of stakeholders
- This will be a stand-alone role, so a hands-on, operational approach is required
