We are an emergency lighting solutions to businesses and contractors throughout the UK. To expand our team we are recruiting for a full time Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team. This position is based in our offices in Knowsley, Liverpool working 5 full days a week, Monday to Friday. 8.30 - 5pm
Exciting new role as a sales administrator, role include
- Working closely in a Sales Process Team.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with day-to-day queries.
- Process quotes for Sales Engineers and Wholesalers.
- Process orders and liaise with the Shipping Team.
- Update project logs and files using MS Teams.
- Experience working in a sales/customer service role.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office / including Team
- Strong communication skills verbal and written.
- Organised with ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong team player with the ability to support team members to achieve outputs.
- Motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to multi task.
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
