Mystery Box Shop is an online store that specialises in providing a unique gifting experience to their customers. They offer an extensive collection of mystery gift boxes curated for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and more.

**Brief Job Description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Mystery BoxShop, a company who works in the gift industry in Stoke.

Your responsibility will be to manage the social media aspect of Mystery Box’s marketing department.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- To manage all social media channel.
- To grow audiences across all channels.
- To manage social media across multiple brands.
- To conduct Tik-Tok, Instagram & Facebook lives.
- To create content & videos for social media platforms.
- To work closely with the marketing team on all other projects
- To suggest new ideas for campaigns & marketing strategy based on latest social media trends.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:
**An understanding of how social media impacts businesses primarily in;**
- TikTok.
- Instagram.
- Facebook.
- LinkedIn.
- Snapchat.
- A willingness to work hard and develop the brands social following.
- Experience with the various social media platforms and knowledge of how they work, when building & growing an audience.

- Willingness to learn new things to develop yourself.
- Reliable.
- Punctual
- Sense of humour.
- Confident in front of the camera for TikTok live and Instagram Live (and other relevant platforms).

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
