This role involves supporting early years children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEND).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personalized Support**: Provide dedicated care and assistance to children with SEN, creating a nurturing and secure environment where every child can thrive.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with staff and parents, ensuring effective communication on children’s daily activities and health needs.
- **Safeguarding**: Play a crucial role in safeguarding efforts to ensure the welfare and safety of our young learners.
- **Educational Support**: Assist in delivering lessons alongside the class teacher, championing each child’s educational journey with individualized support.

**Requirements**:

- **Curriculum Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum.
- **Care Commitment**: Willingness to assist with personal care tasks such as toileting and mealtime support.
- **Experience**: Proven experience working with SEN children.

**Hours**: Full-time, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
