**Insolvency Litigation Solicitor - Brighton - £80,000 - £120,000**
A senior insolvency litigation solicitor is required to join an expanding in-house organisation who are one of the leaders in their field. The current in-house legal team of 10+ is growing to meet high client demand both in London and throughout the UK.
The firm is backed by a high-profile lender and currently hold a unique place in the changing litigation funding market.
The ideal insolvency litigator will have 8-10 years+ PQE in commercial litigation or pure insolvency litigation and will have an established presence and knowledge within the local insolvency market. Alongside an excellent level of technical expertise thatwill include pre-acquisition case due diligence, offer structuring and management you should have an interest and experience of marketing and business development with both insolvency practitioners and fellow solicitors. This is a brand-new role and as partof a small in-house legal team you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
