Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Nursing Associate to work within the Community Nursing Team for Stafford Town PCN. We are looking to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Associate to further enhance the high quality patient experience we offer in the community.

The successful applicant needs to have a high quality commitment to provide care in a patient’s normal place of residence across the locality, undertaking elements of wound care, catheter care, continence management, pressure ulcer prevention and management.

This is an exciting time to join the team as we are working to meet the changing demands on community nursing services.

A full driving licence and access to a car is essential, as is the ability to be flexible over working hours, as hours of working may vary according to service need.
