Nursery Cook

We are looking for a Nursery Cook to join us here at Bright Starts Nursery to ensuring our children receive some yummy lunches and snacks Roles and Responsibilities: - Experience of cooking for a large number of children (60-80) - The ability to cook nutritional meals and cater for a variety of special dietary requirements. - Knowledge of early years nutritional guidance "Setting the Table"- Training will be provided - Preparing nutritionally balanced healthy meals using fresh ingredients for a number of children aged 0 - 5. - Developing a varied and nutritious child friendly menu. - Maintain stock levels and order new supplies. - Maintaining accurate daily records and ensuring that hygiene and cleanliness is kept to the highest standard in accordance with Environmental Health requirements and legislation. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time **Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: One location
