**Brief Role Description**:
Due to business growth, we need an enthusiastic NPI Engineer who is looking to get stuck in to an exciting, busy, and friendly team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to Sales Director
- Responsible for coordination of projects from concept to delivery, linking in with operations/production, quality, purchasing, accounts and the sales/NPI team to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
- Chair weekly project review meetings providing an informative update and ensuring tasks are completed and the company hit’s required delivery dates and customer expectations.
- Responsible for all the live NPI projects, considerable attention to detail and continuous review will be required.
- Required to liaise with the company’s external toolmakers/suppliers to ensure delivery dates planned are achieved.
- All project management activities are to be coordinated through the company’s NPI Access system.
- Responsible for developing the Bill of Materials, Product Quality Control Plan (QCP) for each new product, this requires close consultation with NPI, Quality and Production.
- Ensure that all information relating to tool trials such as technician bookings, material information and Tool settings sheets are captured within each project**.**
