The role of a Sales Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic full-time Sales Advisor to join our team at our Coventry branch. You’ll need to be an energetic and hard-working team player who takes pride in completing tasks efficiently. You will be tasked with serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering helpful advice and recommendations on our products.

Your Responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Builders’ Merchants experience is advisable but not essential
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in basic computer usage
- GCSE Qualifications

Job Details

Hours:

- Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Weekend work required per rota basis

Pay Rate:

- Rate of pay dependant on experience

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Builders Merchants: 1 year (preferred)
