**Position: Team Leader - Mail Room
**Location: Colnbrook
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

**Salary**: £12 per hour

Join a dynamic team in Colnbrook dedicated to delivering excellence in mail room services. They pride ourselves on precision, reliability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the mail room, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail accurately and efficiently.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
Train and develop team members to enhance productivity and customer service.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage equipment maintenance.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate mail services effectively.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mail processing software is advantageous.
