Academics is currently working with a fantastic School who is looking for an early years teaching assistant who is passionate to care for children in a nursery or reception setting.

The role would require you, as the early year's teaching assistant, to support and take care of the children with a positive and sensitive approach. You would be able to use your own initiative and provide unique teaching techniques while being able to workin a remarkable team. As the teaching assistant you would assist the teacher in managing the classroom, support the teacher with tasks and provide the children encouragement to develop into independent, respectful and confident individuals.

As an Early Years Primary Teacher you might have:

- A passion to care for young children.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Have a sensitive and positive approach.
- Have Strong Communication skills.
