We are recruiting for a Project Officer to support the delivery of the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme in Hertfordshire.
We’re looking for an experienced and organised team member who is able to:
- Offer proactive support to projects and activities using their organisational skills and project management methods and tools
- Be confident to work with and assimilate data and information and prepare presentations and reports
- Communicate effectively with your team, your colleagues and build positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Use initiative to manage workload across multiple priorities
- Track and report on a large volume of activities, projects and programmes
- Produce high quality, timely status reports and present updates to the wider team and stakeholders

- Supporting the Project Manager and Programme Manager to deliver a range of transformative initiatives and projects
- Supporting, monitoring and reporting on project activities.
- Providing support in the writing and finalising of papers, briefs and communication pieces.
- Providing administrative support to the team as required, including taking minutes or notes of meetings.
- Supporting workshop and event planning, including content, ensuring that project teams are fully prepared for meetings with supporting paperwork and information.
- Supporting the development of operational processes and improvements to ensure robust coordination and alignment across the team in the delivery of its operational plan.
- Providing information to project leads on project related matters.
- Maintaining data/information collection systems for its effective use by the team.
