K4 Security We are seeking a meticulous Assessor to join our team. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing various aspects of our SIA Training to ensure compliance and quality.

**Duties**:

- Conduct assessments and evaluations of SIA Training to determine compliance with regulations and standards.
- Analyse data and documentation to provide accurate assessments.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment findings.
- Collaborate with Training Manager to address any identified issues or areas for improvement.

**Qualifications needed**:
must have the following
- Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment (RQF)
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (RQF)
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement (RQF)
- A1 Assessing Learners Using a Range of Methods
- D32 Assess Learner Performance
- D33 Assess Learner Using Different sources of Evidence
- L&D 9D Assess workplace competence using direct methods
- L&D 9DI Assess workplace competences using direct and indirect methods
- Unit 1 Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment (from an assessor qualification)

&
- a teaching qualification from the list below:

- Level 3 Award in Education and Training
- 12 credit Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector
- Level 3 Certificate/Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in assessing Sia training or processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey assessment results effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organised approach to work.
- Relevant qualifications in the field of assessment or a related area.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: From £150.00 per day
