We are working with a lovely special school in Attleborough, Norfolk who are keen to grow their team of fantastic Learning Support Assistants. The school are off to an awesome start this year and are excited to continue this way by finding some more great talentto support their primary pupils.

Every pupil has a diagnosis of Autism and may have additional needs. These pupils have so much potential, and they will rely on you when it comes to guiding their amazing learning journeys.
The school is in a wonderful setting in Attleborough, Norfolk where they have built a great setting for the pupils to thrive.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who is resilient and up for a challenge, as this role can be tough Every day will be different and challenging, but you will have all the support you need
You will be in a team with lots of skills and experience to share & you will enjoy learning along the way with valuable advice and guidance too.
**Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant**:
- You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too.
- You will take responsibility for pupil's emotional and physical needs, supporting them to develop as individuals.
- You may be running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising children as they explore further afield.
- Providing a helping hand to the class teacher and effectively completing any daily routine tasks needed.
- Ensuring pupil's safety during the day.
- Using unique ways to cater tasks to individual's learning methods.
- Maintaining a tidy and safe learning environment.

- You will ensure classrooms are ready for lessons, support the pupils during the day, and gain their friendship to support them in a caring and happy way.
- It will be your priority to ensure all children are safe and content during the day. You will need to be confident to get involved with class discussions and learning activities, as well as being creative.
**Learning Support Assistant Job Details**:
- Part Time/Full Time
- Between £16,500 & 19,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week (FT)
- Permanent
- 8:30am-4:30pm
- 39 weeks of the year
