Maintenance Handyman/woman

**Family run maintenance company** offering maintenance services to residential properties on behalf of Letting agencies and landlords. Completing all works to the highest spec.

Looking for a diligent and conscientious contractor to join our growing team. You should be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing scenarios, as well as being a team player to fit in with our family ethos.

You should be competent in all trades.

Handyman/woman:
You should have experience in all areas of household maintenance and be able to carry out works to good standard. Grouting and siliconing experience are required for this role.

Carry out domestic household maintenance, such as siliconing, re-grouting, erect fences, install blinds, change taps, replace sockets/switches, fixing door handles and broken furniture etc.

Will carry out between multiple jobs per day.

Covering all over London within the M25.

**Must have own Van/Vehicle & Tools - additional vehicle allowance offered.**

Able to use handheld device to receive schedule and carry out job reports.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £150.00-£170.00 per day
