**High Court Case Handler**

Are you a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail? Are you looking to join a forward-thinking organisation in a fast-moving industry? Then look no further

We are recruiting for a High Court Case Handler to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Within this position you will play a pivotal role in raising cases and queries on behalf of our clients and liaising with customers, third parties and our Enforcement Agents out in the field.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Processing incoming High Court Writs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Handling inbound and outbound communications with customers, claimants, defendants, and third parties.
- Reviewing payments for missing arrangements, particularly those set up by Enforcement Agents (EAs).
- Reviewing EA reports to verify and ensure quality
- Assisting in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different administrative roles to facilitate quick role transitions.
- Checking new addresses to ensure they progress through the system, identifying and resolving cases stuck in the change of address process.
- Following through on client case queries, completing actions and providing feedback to clients.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, case handling, or a related field
- Customer Focus: Ability to handle sensitive situations empathetically and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Resilience: Capacity to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new roles and responsibilities as part of contingency planning.
