**The role**

Reporting to the Behaviour Science Specialist, you will provide a range of support including but not limited to gathering insights, undertaking focus groups, and designing behaviourally informed interventions to maximise uptake of public health services. This will require co-production with target groups and collaboration with a range of stakeholders across NYC, Humber & North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board as well as third-sector organisations.

You will support:

- The design, delivery, and evaluation of specialist behavioural science interventions across a range of priority areas
- Upskilling the NYC workforce in behaviour change approaches and skills through the provision of consultation, training, and support
- Dissemination of key behavioural insights and findings to a range of audiences, critically appraising the evidence base and adapting the language as appropriate
