£23,000 - £25,000 (20 hours per week)

Our client is looking for an experienced and conscientious part-time Finance Manager for the self-dependent administration and organization of their financial matters. Ideally with minimum of AAT, or Part Qualified Accountant status, the role will be parttime, working 20 hrs. per week and working mainly from home. Working pattern would be in accordance to company needs especially towards month end close. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.

**The assignments for the Finance Manager**:
Complete administration of the company accounts in compliance with the local GAAP and fiscal requirements

Issue service invoices in collaboration with office manager

Process commission credit notes

Assure an efficient accounts receivable and accounts payable management

Administrate the payroll and all related affairs

Recalculating and updating the hourly service rates

Ensure that the internal and corporate policies/processes are followed

Support the Managing Director in personnel related affairs

Submit month-end, quarter-end and year-end reports in compliance to the local regulations (e. g. VAT, Payroll, Corporation Tax, Companies House, etc.)

Monthly reporting of the balance sheet and P&L to the managing director and HQ according to the corporate requirements

Reconciliation of the intercompany transactions with affiliated companies

Cooperate with external authorities, auditors, advisors, consultants and HQ

Submit Plan and Forecast figures in collaboration with the Managing Director and HQ

Monthly analysis of any deviations between Plan, Forecast and Actual

Continuous improvement of the internal processes, cost savings etc

Implementation of an SAP finance module in close collaboration with HQ

Participate in Team meetings, events and company related meetings

**The profile for the Finance Manager**:
Experienced/Qualified company accountant/controller/bookkeeper

Ideally with minimum of AAT/Part Qualified Accountancy status

Previous work experience in a comparable position preferably with an international operating company

Compliance with local GAAP and fiscal requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel

Familiar with SAGE and preferably with SAP

Self-motivated with good attention to detail and strong work ethic

**Benefits for the Finance Manager**
- Salary is as indicated at 23-25k for 20 hours per week (80 hrs per month).
- Bonus is based on max of 1 months’ salary and is measurable by appraisal score.
- Holidays are 22 days per year and rising by 1 day per year up to 25 days max.
- Pension scheme is operational as well.
