**Role Summary**
- Assist the branch manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales
- Undertake measure ups, photographs, brochure production
- To be acutely aware of own stock numbers and profile for sale but also the stock of the local competition
- Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure there is cross selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments particularly FS and Lettings
- Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion
- Support the branch manager to meet branch business plan targets
- Focused to achieve personally and drive negotiators to excel in branch targets
- Develop commercial understanding of branch profit and loss
